I identify usability issues, align flow logic, and refine experiences based on real user feedback and business goals. I help products scale by improving consistency, hierarchy, and interaction patterns.

I run discovery sessions, talk to users, collaborate with PM and engineering, and synthesize qualitative and quantitative data into actionable direction. I help teams reduce uncertainty and make confident decisions.

Navigating complexity and simplifying systems

I translate complex requirements, constraints, and edge cases into simple, intuitive solutions. I think beyond the happy path and design for real-world scenarios where things break, change, or don’t go as expected.

I thrive in agile environments, working independently when needed, collaborating closely with PM and engineering, and iterating quickly based on feedback. I adapt fast to new information, test early, fail quickly, and adjust direction without ego to keep the team moving forward.
